Chubini Wine Cellar
Chubini Wine Cellar is a small family winery, producing natural and authentic Qvevri wines. It was founded by Tornike Chubinidze. In 2016, at the age of 25, Tornike moved from capital of Georgia - Tbililsi to Kakheti, village Shilda to start building his own winery. In September 2016, Chubini crushed its first grapes. In 2017 the first vintage has been bottled, in the very first year, wines have been exported to 4 countries on 3 continents. Chubini’s production is quite limited, paying more attention to quality rather than quantity. Endemic Georgian grape varieties, unique method of Qvevri winemaking, natural and organic approach – these are the characteristics that make our wines special.
