On this full-day tour we are going to visit ancient town Mtskheta – one of the main religious centers of the country, and its 2 UNESCO World Heritage Site monuments - Svetitskhoveli Cathedral and Jvari Monastery.
Morning pick-up from the hotel.
Drive to Mtskheta, located in 25 kms from the city center of Tbilisi, and visit UNESCO World Heritage monuments: Svetitskhoveli Cathedral and Jvari monastery.
Have a lunch at Georgian traditional restaurant, and continue exploration of the town.
Visit two medieval monastic complexes of Samtavro and Shiomgvime, located in the surroundings of the town.
In the evening drive back to Tbilisi.

Optional* wine tasting in Chateau Mukhrani winery is available upon request for an additional fee of 15 EUR per person.
