We offer you a full-day guided tour of Old Tbilisi, which ends with funicular train ride to Mtatsminda park. Located right at the base of Tbilisi TV Broadcasting Tower-the tallest landmark of Tbilisi, and visible from almost any point, Mtatsminda park is the best place for observing Tbilisi panorama.

Tbilisi Historic District, Mtatsminda Funicular train and park, Rike areal cable car, Narikala Fortress, Flea market, and Legvtakhevi canyon waterfall, are the major highlights of the day.

Day to day

Meet your guide in the morning at the hotel.

Start the city tour from the left bank of Tbilisi and visit David Aghmashenebeli Avenue. The pedestrian zone is called New Tiflis. Enjoy your time walking through the streets, have a cup of coffee in one of the cafes, visit souvenir shops, cross the Dry Bridge to see Tbilisi open-air Flea market. If you like meeting locals, it is a great place to spend an hour. A large selection of artworks are exhibited beside the antique session. Here you will find not only such works but various jewelry, accessories, vessels, stamps, books and coins as well.

Spend the second half of the day on the right bank of old Tbilisi and have a photo session on the Bridge of Peace. Walk through Rike Park and ride up to Narikala Fortress by aerial cable car. Stroll downhill towards the Jumah Mosque, where narrow cobbled street leads to the spiral stairs downwards to LeghvtaKhevi waterfall. Walk around Abanotubani (sulfur bath district) famous for its domed bathhouses. We finish walking here and drive through the Freedom Square to the lower station of Mtatsminda funicular.

Mtatsminda Park is the highest elevated point of Tbilisi where you can get with funicular in just 6 minutes. The ride gives you an opportunity to observe panoramic views from above. Mtatsminda amusement park is divided into 3 zones: extreme zone where you can have ride in the roller coaster, children and family zones. Besides attractions, you can enjoy restaurants, cafes, shops, relaxation zones, a celebration center, and a wedding palace.

At the end of the day, drive to Rustaveli Avenue and spend your free time in the shopping malls of Galleria Tbilisi.

  • Cash - GEL only, directly to the nearest TBC Bank office or TBC Bank Cash terminal no later than the beginning of the tour.

Cancellation is free of charge prior 2 days of the starting day.

  • The booking deposit 15 $ is non-refundable. 

If Tourist cancels the booked tour for some reasons not depending on Tour Operator, the following sums are kept back as a fine:

  • 50% of the total cost of tourist product in case of tour cancellation 2 days or less prior to the tour;
  • 100% of the total cost of the tourist product due to the Tourist's failure to appear.
