Designed for active travellers with medium cycling experience, the route combines mountain road sections with picturesque forest paths and a few challenging uphill rides. Day to day

Meeting Point: Turtle Lake

Morning meetup and safety briefing. Start the adventure on mountain bikes with support vehicle following nearby.

Turtle Lake → Tskneti

  • Difficulty: Medium
  • Distance: 5 km
  • Duration: 3 hours

Begin with a gradual uphill ride through woodland trails.

Break at Nut-tree Lane near a natural spring — perfect for rest and photos.

Tskneti → Akhaldaba

  • Difficulty: Easy
  • Distance: 2.5 km
  • Duration: ~20 minutes

A relaxing stretch following the paved car road.

Akhaldaba → Betania

  • Difficulty: Medium to hard (last section)
  • Distance: 4 km
  • Duration: ~3 hours

Ride narrow forest paths along the Vere River ravine, enjoying panoramic views.

Includes three short breaks by cold mountain springs.

 

Final 500 m becomes more demanding with a 50 m uphill push — a rewarding challenge before reaching the tranquil surroundings of Betania.

  • VISA/Master card - in GEL (local currency) in Tbilisi only, before the tour starts, directly to your guide via POS terminal. Card service fee +3%
  • Cash - GEL only, directly to the nearest TBC Bank office or TBC Bank Cash terminal no later than the beginning of the tour.

  • Mountain Bike rental is not included in the price of the tour. The rental fee per bike is 25€
  • Additional cost for the airport private pick up transfer: 25 €
  • Additional cost for the airport private drop off transfer: 20 €

Cancellation is free of charge prior 2 days of the starting day.

  • The booking deposit 15 € is non-refundable. 

If Tourist cancels the booked tour for some reasons not depending on Tour Operator, the following sums are kept back as a fine:

  • 50% of the total cost of tourist product in case of tour cancellation 2 days or less prior to the tour;
  • 100% of the total cost of the tourist product due to the Tourist's failure to appear.
