Essentially a balneological-climatic resort in Baghdadi region, Sairme is situated on the northern slope of Meskheti range, in the canyon of river Tsablaristskali, on the height of 950m, 25 km away from Baghdadi. Climate is mild: with a little snow during the wintertime (Average temperature in January –1.0°C) and temperately warm summers (Average temperature in August +17°C). Precipitation is 900 mm a year. The mineral waters of Narzan type with carbonic acid hydro-carbonate calcic-sodium (water #1 and #3) and of Borjomi type with carbonic acid hydro-carbonate sodium (well #4 and #5) are the healing factors of the resort.
